Vale View Construction is a comprehensive construction management team & licensed general contractor established in 1992 by Mark Hanly. Vale View Construction focuses on creating optimal work environments, emphasizing strong client relationships, safety standards, and innovative solutions. They are known for their quality, creativity, and attention to detail. Mark & his family have recently moved to Phoenix, AZ, and the Vale View team is excited to build new relationships and serve the Greater Phoenix community for many years to come!

The Vale View Story

Mark's family hails from Roscommon in Ireland, where he & his siblings grew up on a farm and learned to work hard.

After going to Dublin to study carpentry, Mark immigrated to the USA in 1992, where he met his wife Fiona. They raised 4 children in Frankfort, Illinois while Mark built up Vale View Construction. The family have been actively engaged in the Chicago Irish scene for decades -- in fact, Mark's two daughters are both accomplished traditional Irish musicians!

Mark originally founded Vale View Construction as a finished carpentry business, but over the years, the firm expanded to remodeling, property management and the building of single family residences.

Starting as a carpenter, Mark believes attention to detail & quality is the backbone of his work. Throughout the years, Vale View has also maintained a focus on strong client relationships, excellent work environments, safety standards and of course, creative & innovative solutions.

As of 2023 the family and Vale View Construction moved to Arizona and hope to continue to provide the same quality service in the Valley as they did in the Midwest... looking forward, the Vale View team is excited about the challenge of building in Phoenix!
